Please allow 7 days in addition to your shipping time for your order to be processed. It could be anywhere from 1 to 7 days to process depending on a variety of things:

• How quickly and IF everything clears through Pay Pal.
• If there are no questions on your orders.
• We have everything in stock, if not we will e-mail you immediately.
• What time of the day we receive your order.
• The actual time to pack and process your orders.
• What time UPS or the Post Office picks up.
• Shipping delays due to the holidays, etc.

There are many other possibilities, but you see what we are saying.

Please know we are trying hard to get everything out to you as soon as possible, but please take all the above in to consideration. We promise to do our absolute best and we really do appreciate your support of the online store.

All domestic orders will be shipped Priority mail through the United States Postal Service. Packages sent via Priority mail require an average of 2 to 3 days to arrive anywhere in the continental United States. Priority mail delivers to every address in the United States, including PO boxes and military addresses. Priority mail offers a confirmation number to confirm the arrival of a package, however you cannot use the USPS confirmation number to track where your shipment is, only if it has been delivered or not. (NOTE: We are shipping from Hollywood, CA)

(All orders outside the US) Delivery time estimated between 2-6 weeks, but that is not guaranteed. NOTE: INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL NOT GET A CONFORMATION EMAIL OF THEIR ORDER! Global Priority Mail is an expedited service of the United States Postal Service, available to over 50 countries worldwide.

ANY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES THAT ARE LEVIED ON THE ORDERED PACKAGE, AND/OR CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS AND REGULATIONS REQUIRED ONCE IT REACHES ITS FINAL COUNTRY OF DELIVERY ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECIPIENT.

We have no control over the application of the charges, nor amount of the charges to be levied. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

We are trying very hard to keep everything stocked and available to send out to you right away. However, we will occasionally be out of stock on some high volume items. Therefore, if we do not have the item you have requested in stock we will e-mail you immediately to let you know it is on back order and get it out to you as soon as possible.

We are happy to return or exchange any items that have not been washed or worn within 30 days of purchase. Once CD's, Vinyl, Posters or packaged non-wearables are opened, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. There is a $6.00 return shipping fee required for all exchanges. Please include a $6.00 money order along with your exchange. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. If we have made an error on your order you will not need to include the $6.00 exchange/return shipping fee. State sales tax is charge based on the state the order is being shipped to. We charge California sales tax to all orders being shipped to California addresses.
